How to complete your Frequency Remedy Request Form

Each week you will receive an email with a link to your Frequency Remedy Request Form.

Simply answer the questions listed, and submit it before 2pm GMT each Monday afternoon.

If you can, answer each question, it's amazing how much can change in a week!

At times you may not have a need for specific healing (because being a member of this group is keeping you so aligned with your health goals!), in this case just say 'General Wellbeing'.  You will need to enter something for each question so in this case type N/A.

Submit the form and you're ready to receive your powerful healing remedy!
