Post Intake Consultation Recommendations
Sep 03, 2025During the consultation, deep and powerful emotions can surface. You might find you are emotional and tired for a little time afterwards. To ensure you rebalance quickly the follow these post consultation recommendations:
1. Before the end of the session we will do a Grounding and Protection exercise to integrate any healing that has taken place and to active your personal healing channel.
2. Rest is important. Do not plan to do anything too energetic or physical for the remainder of the day if possible. You may find you need to have a little snooze, don't fight it. You will feel amazing after a 20 minute nap rather than fighting it all day.
3. Drink plenty of water. After a healing session/consultation, toxins can be released into your system. Flush these out by keeping hydrated.
4. Be Happy! You are not embarking on a wonderful healing experience, you are supported on a weekly basis.
